PERSONAL TRAINING
Individual and small group sessions that are designed to work every major muscle group, plus cardio training. Pricing can range from $50-$250. Request a consultation to discuss the best option to fit your needs.
CUSTOMIZED PLANS
Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual.Whether you are a beginner in your fitness journey or more advanced, I will create a personalized 12 week plan for you. The plan will accommodate the amount of time and days that you have to allocate to exercise, as well as if you are training at home or in the gym. I will create a plan with the frequency and intensity to match your schedule and abilities.
SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
In- App access to your coach for questions, support, adjustments, motivation and more. There is where I will do check-ins to ensure that your program fits your needs and you are progressing properly.
NUTRITION
Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll help you make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day. We will create a balanced meal plan that you can both stick to and enjoy, as well as help you reach your health goals. A plan that fits your lifestyle and does not focus on forbidding foods, rather controlling them and eating in moderation.
Cindy is one of the best in the business! Not to mention, she is my trainer, health coach, and accountability! I love her workouts, delicious  nutrition plans, and she makes sure I’m on track to hit every one of my fitness goals successfully!

I'm Cindy Chapman, a fitness professional living in the North Georgia area. I’m a proud mother of three, sharing my life with my loving husband and two wonderful dogs. With over a decade in the fitness industry, I've worn multiple hats, from managing operations to leading group training and nurturing top talent.
My true passion is helping individuals find balance in their lives, fostering both happiness and health. I believe this balance creates a positive impact that radiates through every aspect of our lives.
